I was given a Saison brewed by my Beoir friend, Oblivious. I have to say I loved it, so much so that when I found myself driving through Mountmellick today, I realised I could stock up on yeast at The homebrew company. I got a vial of white labs saison yeast to brew a saison this weekend. I also got a load of dry yeast to do me for the coming winter brewing season.
It feels great to have yeast again.
